Now this is personally exciting – vegetarian awareness! Hot trends are always developing!
Becoming a vegetarian (just over a year ago now) is something I never thought I would do – EVER! The love of the chicken and meat – was oh so mouth watering, plus the dash of marinating scents from herbs over a grill or cookn’ in the stove. How hungry are you now? Ha!
Can you believe though that I have found the same to be true for vegetarianism? The scents and mouth watering tastes are delightful! The added luxury – LITTLE TO NO CLEAN UP! Holy smokes! The grease be gone!
In all seriousness, being a vegetarian has a lot of added benefits. The benefits (for the most part) won’t even be noticed till you have kicked the meat from the diet. After you take notice, you will never be the same again!
Just remember to take into consideration vitamins and nutrients that the body needs. We are just as organic as the food we consume. There is great material out there about the vegetarian lifestyle – especially – <drum roll> COOKBOOKS!
