America and her citizens have a lot of pride when it comes to addressing freedoms and rights. The bases for the freedoms and rights comes because of the dedication from brave men and woman that serve in the Armed Services. Those men and woman are volunteers in the services. America has an Army, Navy, Marine Corp, and Coast Guard to protect against those who would take those freedoms and rights from her citizens.

Most of Americas brave men and woman have a family and home that they leave behind, even during traditional holiday seasons celebrated here, to secure the future of the United States. The contact some men and woman have in the service is strictly with family, even on deployment; however, there is a site that is operational year round to provide other men and woman (that do not have a support group here at home), with the potential to feel remembered.

It does not matter what season it is to participate in making an armed service member feel remembered, but this is the season of gifts, love, and family. Let us remember the troops and find out what they need (for a care packages) to support them at AnySoilder.com. They are apart of our country and the pride of this nation.

    The Site AnySoldier.com

AnySoilder.com was established in 2003 by the family of a service member who was deployed to Iraq. The family learned that their son, Sergeant Brain Horn with the 173rd Airborne Brigade, “was living under extremely harsh conditions, after having been in Iraq for five (5) months.” The family realized that extreme conditions existed due to a report from the Stars & Stripes, a military run paper.

In an effort to provide their support and love to their son who was fighting in Iraq during this time, care packages were sent to the unit. After a period of time, it was discovered that their son would distribute some of the items to other soldiers within the unit.

The family decided to take matters in to their hands here, and began collecting e-mail addresses, corresponding within the community, and promoting awareness that a support unit (or group) existed here in America, should any other citizens want to be involved. As with all excellent programs, the beginnings started out rocky till eventually AnySoldier.com was created. (The military has secured other sites of the similar – like AnyNavy.com, etc.)

The site, AnySoldier.com, contains directions for any citizen wanting to participate this holiday season in supporting the troops. The first page, scroll down a bit, even has a “How this works:” section for a citizen to know more about the where to send, what to send, what not to send, and FAQ section to learn more.

    Final Thought

Up till last night, I had not heard of this site and stumbled upon it by sheer happenstance. Having read the information, and some of the requests, it was amazing to see just how much I take for granted. Though the season of gift giving is tighter than ever, and there are costs involved for sending packages overseas, it is worth letting the men and woman who do not receive care packages know they are remembered. It can be during any time of the year. For my part…let the reworking of the finances begin!

To show your support too ~ here is a link for a button!  A great thank you to this family for creating this site!

  • The Breet Report – Texas Is Gathering DNA Too

Right before taking a moment for the holidays, news was breaking in Texas about the harvesting of DNA – from newborn babies. This is rather suspicious due to the fact that England is going through their turmoil of DNA harvesting with the citizens.

Here is the video from the Texas news station – Title/ Government Taking Newborn DNA Samples/ From You Tube User/ MikeHansonArchives/ Date/ November 23, 2009

While the out and out news about a DNA database is open to much scrutiny, of course I had been wondering if the U.S.A. was doing the same thing. It appears that what one country does, the other is sure to follow…just in secret. I did not even go looking to see if DNA was being harvested in the U.S.A. because of that suspicion. All-in-all, I was going to drop it, but it appears that the Universe wanted it to be known. So, here I am thinking, “okay, I will put it up and let it go from there.”

If Texas has been collecting DNA samples of newborns (if I remember correctly from the clip) since 2002, the question now becomes – what other state has done the same? What is the reason for the collection? I am not going to ask “why” – no, no. The why would mean traveling to thoughts that are “conspiracy like,” and frankly, there are already a lot of those in the public.

  • The Breet Report – Lose $98 Billion and That Is Called Transparency

You are a taxpayer.  I am a taxpayer. We are all the lovely taxpayers that the have a stake in America.  Yes…we are invested in America.  What a great way to look at living here, uh?  Well, $98 billion dollars (1) has gone the way of the do-do bird, because no one (again) has been morally, or ethically, unable to keep their hand out of the cookie jar.  Why do they get paid the big bucks again? Ha!

Okay, so the report (yet again) is out today saying there has been a lot of mismanagement with $98 BILLION dollars. (1)  Yesterday, CBS did a nice little minute and change pointing out of this fact, which is what sparked all of this I’m sure.  (The video is not available for uploading, sorry.)

Do Americans feel they are in the wrong business?  Correct me if this is wrong but the average person goes to jail for counterfeiting, right?  In essence, the boys that printed this money and have unaccounted for dollars, which could suggest a counterfeiting operation.  Oh…Or is there really a secret government that needed to be funded? Wonder where a base could be…maybe south?

Look – HOW the heck do you lose, rather have “improper gov’t payments,” of $98 Billion dollars?  (1) See, NASA is taking a lot of heat right now for blowing up $78 million dollars on the moon.   NASA is fighting for another $18 million to keep a space program going for the next year — one year.  The average American is starving, unemployed, and (nine times out of ten) homeless or just about there.

Transparency only means shutting down the population by any means necessary. This appears like a tightening of the ranks.  I mean WE – the population/citizens/by-standards didn’t lose $98 Billion dollars, we just have to pay it back? How? Jobs? Production?  What happened to this great nation and do right by the people? …… This I’m sure is echoed a lot more out in public…..glad I don’t pigeon hole myself….LOL…I better remember to duck though!
