There are a lot of small businesses that want to provide job security to their employees.  Job security boosts the economy and makes people “happy go lucky,” pushing any company forward in the markets – a competitor.  The mounting issues many small businesses are facing now is a what is commonly known as a monopoly to push the small businesses out of existence. Well, why not?

Small businesses are competitors.  Slice it, dice it, and rip it apart – small businesses have what huge corporations don’t have and that is home grown competitors doing a better job with customer service, productivity, and beating the socks off competitors.  The data has been around for years.  How to get rid of competitors?  Rise the rates to everything that made them a thorn in the sides…

“Across the country, businesses already strapped by the economy to turn a profit are sacrificing or scaling back employee health insurance plans because of escalating costs.  The crunch has particularly socked smaller employers, who have become a centerpiece in the debate over how to overhaul the nation’s health care system.” - source 1 below -

The people that have constructed the markets have chocked out the ma and pa stores.  Ma and pa stores come in many forms, but by golly – they are the ones with the really neat stuff.  Is it pricey?  Yeah, because they are going out in the trenches to the trade shows to find these things.  When anyone travels to the big retailers, all one gets is the same stuff.  Everyone looks and dresses the same! Agh! What happened to original?  Geesh.

The life blood of what built this nation, all of the ma an pa stores, has its place in America.  The shenanigans that have chocked therefore closed so many doors – should remember one thing – YOU KICKED THEIR BUTTS! Ha!  Small businesses took money from the big fish and now the big fish decided – “let’s make silly stipulations to kill and conform everybody.”

    What can anyone do?

Do what I do – travel and seek out the nearest ma and pa run business.  Is it expensive? Sometimes it is, and sometimes it isn’t, overall it is very much worth it.  Not only does one keep being original, this supports the local community is so many ways and that is what killed the competitors.  The taxes small businesses pay actually go back to that local area! The graphic charts from earlier this year prove it, and Texas has done their homework to provide (and prove) that tid-bit.

Buy local from your ma and pa store. Travel to a farmers market.  Be a contender with them if anyone really does not like the legislation for the tweaking economic times.  Score!

  • Our Environment, Determines Our Health

Disease is a part of life now – in fact – it is more than a part of life it is something that as a species (with the bigger brain) have not conquered, or rather gained control over. Since there are so many diseases, that we know the causes too/of, why is it we have not overcome the causes?

Does our own laziness (poor hygiene, more pollutants, with “no direct scientific evidence it is us poisoning ourselves”, and lack of self monitoring) suggest that as a species we learned nothing from the past to the present day?

Simple acts, committed by each of us determines the next evolution of life.

What the heck does that mean?

As each of us knows, disease and illness has a root cause. Our bodies are perfect machines that require only basic ingredients to survive. As long as there is a balance of the environment around us, there is a balance to what diseases will or will not spring up.

When the choice is made to ignore basic fundamentals for living, three good examples:
    * Washing our hands causes fewer germs to spread quickly causes less outbreaks of viral and bacterial disease
*Picking up trash causes less debris causes no rodent infestation
*Diminished driving causes less toxic fumes causes cleaner air

These few, small, tiny steps, would limit where the next outbreak of a disease could happen. A cleaner living environment, promotes health. Our living environments, are weakened by our inaction and waiting for someone else to start the new trend.

From The Body Toxic, “The CDC said that with the help of technology that detects an increasing number of chemicals in human blood and tissue, it would be releasing new measurements, called biomonitoring, every few years. – 2003”

The governments of the World know there is a health problem – for everybody. I am willing to bet too, since there are known issues that have no cure, and the insurance companies, not doctors, write the policies, this is why people are turned down for coverage (and heaving the debate of “universal health care” into the wind). Known… You are a guinea pig. We are traveling on a germ infested path, in which no drug(s) will be able to cure the next disease.

See, there are no set regulations to protect the public from chemicals – and companies that produce products are merely “discouraged” from using them. Yuck. No wonder China has censorship – we import a lot of goods from China.

Does the average Joe really care to know?
I asked someone this the other day, and it boiled down to this: “I know what happens and I know how it happens, but as long as I don’t have to see it and don’t think about it – I’m ok. “ Basically, it was about the chemicals and antibiotics found in the food – at a very high and alarming rate. I’m still rolling this around in my head because this person has good common sense. Um…

When we know what happens and what it leads too – ESPECIALLY – in the last 50 years, through the collection of scientific data, there has not been more awareness or changes to each of our lifestyles. Again, we do not evolve quickly enough and genetic defects are rising. New life for our species will cull itself into a bottleneck.

How horrible to think that we are causing our own painful deaths? All of the proof has been produced but categorized and ignored. People don’t want to know, they want the instant satisfaction, which has been evident and still prevalent, in all societies.

Question: Why does science still get funding for bio-engineering? I mean there are people very outspoken, with legitimate points as to why it should be stopped. The only logical explanation:
*All life is dying. Biotechnology will be the only way to produce enough crops, to feed the masses. Well, at least till the next disease or illness. And yes, evolution has proven this is possible – even if science says “we have blocked certain markers.” Sorry, but those are really big fields of crops and I don’t see more people being employed to help identify a problem.

    How can we prevent this?
*Go Green. Understand and research it. Use the internet. Read more than one book. Decide for yourself – using common sense. Buying “new” green products is not going green either.

Interesting Note: The Body Toxic is not found in the Health section of the bookstore, but the Science section.

  • 6 Reason Not To Drink Milk and The Place to Get Calcium

When you begin to learn the truth about what you eat, there is a horrible realization: we know nothing about what we eat, where it comes from, what it does to our bodies, or how it gets to us.

The whole population is not made unaware of important facts that could effect short term and long term development of our bodies.  That is the progression of childhood, adulthood, and old age.

Information is buried by corporations who have a huge investment to protect. The reason that information is protect – for the sake of making more money.

Health insurance companies have a monopoly to protect by “strongly recommending” to doctors what types of information and procedures could be done to spread the word for healthier living.  Without a sick and dependent population, there would be no money to be made.

Let’s put this in very simple terms:  fear is used to silence those who could help the population to achieve longer and healthier life spans.

The news does not fully deliver accurate information to the population any longer; however, there are organizations, out of the lime light, off to the side, and frowned upon due to biased opinions, that do share information with anyone willing to just listen!

Organizations who share information the, “how to…” greener living, alternative medicines, doctor information and recommendations, and in-depth research into how contamination can spread, are not seeking fame and fortune.

Like every regular Joe Blow, they have other overlords that see them through on obtaining a standard paycheck. They are more interested in their passion, which is why there are organizations spreading the word.

An article that was posted by the Physicians Committee for Responsible Medicine states:

    MILK
    No Longer Recommended or Required

Upon looking at the title it is pretty clear that when the public was first informed about the pasteurization of milk products, it had been happening a while.  The fix was in to cushion the blow of less than adequate supply of milk but to whom?

Milk is most harmful to infants.

But hold on, it has been a known FACT, that drinking milk, at any age is to help with:

    Development of Bones
    Bone Loss
    Fighting Osteoporosis

What in the world could possible be harmful about the consumption of milk?

First let’s take a look at the horrible underbelly, that can’t really even begin to be scratched.  The procedure and system is still in place on the treatment of our $0.99 hamburgers.  Frothy whip to top our espresso.  Not to mention the scrumptious dairy products that is added into coffees and other things during our daily routines.

As we just heard, due to the recent outbreak of the TB Bovine in the cattle population, the cattle industry in the United States is about ten billion dollars.
As a population we were only just informed that this outbreak was happening.  It has not been determined how long it has been going on or to what lengths it has spread.  With that said, how could something like this happen?  How does it relate to milk?

Think with me for just a second about how you hate and dread going to work, after being off for just a mere two days.  That sense of dread from the office snoop or drama queen just twists your gut, right?

Now imagine that you are taking a tour to where your food is born, raised, feed, processed, and then slaughtered. You go through a few doors and then come before female cow being artificially inseminated. This cow will go through this process for as long as she is alive. It makes for more lactating – milk.  This cow will have all of the produced milk removed; calf striped away; and starts the process ALL OVER AGAIN.

The crates that a cow is kept in are for them to only sit down, while tethered by a chain to a board.  The poop that pops out falls into a cement ditch behind them, leaving them chained for life!

And the process continues into rather graphic details about other mutilating known facts, of how our food is treated while it is still alive. (Note: It is all legal as well!  “Farm animals are excluded from the federal Animal Welfare Act and they are not covered under most state anti-cruelty laws. Intensive confinement, painful mutilations, inhumane handling, and even abandoning farm animals are considered “normal agricultural practices,” and allowed under the law.) Farm Sanctuary brochure.

Side question: Work is not so bad now uh?

Knowing just these few small details, what has the population been told by pediatricians and doctors when it comes to the development of children?  Nutrition.  Watch the diet.  Don’t eat sugar.  No soda. Drink Milk!

To drink milk from cows that are seriously depleted in their own nutrition is what the population has been doing – for a very long time!  The side effects are starting to show in the current generation.

Here’s why giving milk to an infant is not recommended, nor should you continue to drink milk.

    1. “Cow’s milk products are very low in iron…”
Pennington JAT, Church HN. Food values of portions commonly use. New York, Harper and Row, 1989

    2. “Milk can also cause blood loss from the intestinal tract, which, over time, reduces the body’s iron stores.  [Granted] Researches speculate that the blood loss may be a reaction to proteins present in milk.”
Ziegler EE, Fomon SJ, Nelson SE, et al. Cow milk feeding in infancy: further observations on blood loss from the gastrointestinal tract. J Pediatr 1990; 116:11-8

(Note: Apparently, shortly after the above was hypothesized about, the Journal of Pediatrics confirmed that “…some infants are exquisitely sensitive to cow milk and can loss large quantities of blood.”)

    3. “…reports link insulin-dependent diabetes to a specific protein in dairy products. This form of diabetes usually beings in childhood.  It is a leading cause of blindness and contributes to heart disease, kidney damage, and amputations due to poor circulation.
Studies of various countries show a strong correlation between the use of dairy products and the incidence of diabetes.”

Scott FW. Cow milk and insulin-dependent diabetes mellitus: is there a relationship? Am J Clin Nutr 1990; 51:489-91

    4. “Diabetes becomes evident when 80 to 90 percent of the insulin-producing beta cells are destroyed.
Milk proteins are also among the most common causes of food allergies. Often, the cause of the symptoms is not recognized for substantial periods of time

    Physicians Committee for Responsible Medicine

    5. “Vitamin D is toxic in overdose.”
Jacobus CH, Holick MF, Shao Q, et al. Hypervitaminosis D associated with drinking milk. New Engl J Med 1992; 326:1173-7

    6. “Studies have shown little effect of dairy products on osteoporosis.”
Riggs BL, Wahner HW, Melton J, Richelson LS, Judd HL, O’Fallon M. Dietary calcium intake and rates on bone loss in women. J Clin Invest 1987; 80:979-82

    1. The best place to get calcium. “…greens such as kale can be considered to be at least as good as milk in terms of their calcium absorbability.”
Heaney RP, Weaver CM. Calcium absorption from kale. AM J Clin Nurt 1990; 51:656-7

Let’s put this all together being the simple minded, cattle population that we have been treated like.

The population has been informed and knows full well, that meat products from cows (livestock) have a lot of antibiotics.  The concern that is wide spread over the media – NOW – is that all treatment methods for Staph Infections, are ineffective. It is known why, but nothing is being done about it.  Why? Money.

Waking people up to the horrible fact that it does affect you, whether you like it or not, and information such as this, is hard to share.  All of us at some point were blind to the information. It does not have to be that way. Please too, take a look at the dates in which the information was CONFIRMED.

Organizations are out there to teach you about what is going on in those industries. There is information about what actions they take to either raise awareness or rescue livestock.

All you have to do is pay attention and take into account that everything, the entire environment around you, effects you.

So, it boils down to this: how many infants, children, adults, and elderly have continued to consume milk? The short and long term benefits to milk are devastating!  We were warned and told but information was suppressed and business continued as normal.

The process of winging off the convinces such as fast food, fancy restaurants, dairy products is NOT an easy road at first.

Speaking first hand now, the first two months proved to be incredible difficult.  The transition though was not based on the treatment of livestock – it was based off how I started to feel again.  Noticeable differences in my body were taking place and I had no choice but to listen.

Granted my lifestyle was not made up of a lot of the above, I work for a living, but I do know people and family members who are going through very rough phases in their own health currently.  It is horrible to see and now learn another possible truth to the deterioration and non-healing aliments.

Question: Why does a 30 year old woman have to have a third colonoscopy within two years?

The doctors know that the diet that was being consumed was indeed healthy. Nothing was over done or under done. Regular visits to the doctor where taken. Exercises were daily and regularly to stimulate her heart and blood.  While many factors can be at play, the horrible truth is that drinking three to four gallons of milk, a week, could have been the most detrimental thing to her health.

The article that is being referred to was published December 2, 2002.
Milk: No Longer Recommended or Required

I strongly suggest that the “Recommendations” be read as to the action government should have taken to help reduce illness.
